Brisk walking, swimming, yoga, and biking are all examples of exercise<br>choices but it\u2019s important to talk to your doctor about what is best for your body, especially if<br>you have any prior medical conditions or injuries.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mayo Clinic recommends the following changes be made to your diet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reducing total daily calorie intake<\/li><li>Minimum 4 servings vegetables\/day<\/li><li>Minimum 3 servings fruit\/day<\/li><li>Substitute with whole grain foods<\/li><li>Focus on healthy fats (avocados, nuts, etc)<\/li><li>If you are feeling stuck, need support, or have any questions regarding your weight loss journey, do not hesitate to reach out to your health care provider. They will have many resources, support groups, as well as nutritionist recommendations to share with you and can assist you on your path to finding a healthier lifestyle.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr
