The human body is designed to move, and finding ways to do it that you actually enjoy is one of the kindest things you can do for yourself.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why We Need to Move (Beyond Weight)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We hear a lot about movement for weight loss, but that\u2019s honestly one of the least exciting benefits. These &#8220;snacks&#8221; add up!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pair It with Something You Like:<\/strong> Only let yourself listen to your favorite podcast or audiobook while you&#8217;re on a walk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be a &#8220;Weekend Warrior&#8221; (and a Weekday&#8230;Walker):<\/strong> Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity movement (like a brisk walk) per week.
