What kind of document can Umedoc support?

Doctor's Excuse

Umedoc provides work release document for patients excused to work due to health issues. The document includes clinic contact details, patient information, diagnosis, treatments with the doctor's letter regarding the allowance of the patient to rest written to the responsible coming along with the doctors’ name, title, and signature.

Online Prescription and Refill

When you aren’t feeling well, you likely don’t want to interact with many people in public. Even if you have previously gotten a medication from your traditional doctor, Umedoc is happy to help you get the right prescription into your hands. The provider will be able to write a prescription for you for a short term refill and send it to a pharmacy of your choice, allowing you to pick it up at your convenience.

COVID-19 Testing Documentation

To learn if you have a current infection, viral tests are used. Most people have mild illness and can recover at home with online medicare. Umedoc’s provider can help if your symptoms are getting worse or if you have questions about your health, and also make decisions whether the viral testing should be made.

advisable that you take the following steps of self-quarantine:

  • Wash your hands with soap for at least 20 seconds

  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash

  • Avoid sharing personal household items

  • Clean or disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces around the household using a cleaning spray or wipe
