Umedoc’s medical service is covered by insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial carriers. Those without insurance only need to pay $69 per visit. Furthermore, all patients are able to enjoy Umedoc’s service of choosing providers, scheduling appointments, and getting online prescription for pick-up in their nearest pharmacy.
Umedoc provides work release document for patients excused to work due to health issues. The document includes clinic contact details, patient information, diagnosis, treatments with the doctor's letter regarding the allowance of the patient to rest written to the responsible coming along with the doctors’ name, title, and signature.
When you aren’t feeling well, you likely don’t want to interact with many people in public. Even if you have previously gotten a medication from your traditional doctor, Umedoc is happy to help you get the right prescription into your hands. The provider will be able to write a prescription for you for a short term refill and send it to a pharmacy of your choice, allowing you to pick it up at your convenience.
To learn if you have a current infection, viral tests are used. Most people have mild illness and can recover at home with online medicare. Umedoc’s provider can help if your symptoms are getting worse or if you have questions about your health, and also make decisions whether the viral testing should be made.

Once you have a username and password, you can select the doctor of your choice for your virtual visit. Answer a few questions and be connected to a doctor in as little as 3 minutes.
**Note: all patients are seen in the order in which they scheduled**
I want to see a doctor/medical provider but can’t fit it into my schedule.

The out of pocket cost per visit is $69.
Umedoc will refund to patients if their cases is out of our assistance.
Patients with out-of-state insurance may need to obtain Prior Authorizations before receiving their medications, and if they need a PA, it can delay the process by up to 72 hours.
Every provider has their own schedule, please do a reservation when you require to meet with the specific provider.

If you get charged twice but only complete one appointment with Umedoc, please check if your follow-up visit (future appointment) has been made. The system will charge the payment from your credit/debit card one day before the future appointment. If you do not require the follow-up visit, simply cancel it and the payment will be refunded fully.
Umedoc doesn't provide any prescription for controlled substance pain medications to follow state regulations. We prescribe at our medical provider's discretion with respect to all other prescription medications.

-Complex patients that telemedicine does not offer appropriate care.
-Patients that do not conform to the policies and rules of our medical practice/telehealth platform.
Umedoc reserves the right to make these decisions according to the provider's judgment and to enhance the highest safety for our patients and customers while preserving the quality of care.
